Hendrik worked at the corporate design agency MetaDesign in Beijing and Berlin. He developed and maintained corporate designs of brands such as Volkswagen, Fisher & Paykel und Siemens. Already in his studies in Berlin-Weissensee and The Hague, Hendrik emphasized his skills on type design and typography. Work experiences at Dutch design studios lust, The Hague, and Test, Rotterdam, built-up his analytic-creative working process. Also Hendrik teaches brand design at Chinese academies. He controls the branding processes at Kollaborat with strategy, convergence and goal-orientation.

Now he is working at Kollaborat – a branding agency with offices in Leipzig and Beijing, founded with  Jakob Gleisberg in 2011. He develop the conceptual depth of brands, employing a strategic, processual, unusual and agile approach, to help your company to achieve greater success.
